DES MOINES – Iowa’s Vietnam Veterans Recognition Day at the State Capitol was Tuesday, May 7.
The color guard at the event was composed of North Iowa residents who are members of the Jerry Parmley Chapter 790 of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
