NBA: Miami 99, New York 93

NEW YORK, March 3 (UPI) — Miami’s LeBron James provided 29 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists Sunday in the Heat’s 14th straight win, 99-93 over New York.

The Heat tied a franchise record for consecutive victories with the help of Dwyane Wade, who supplied 20 points, eight boards and eight assists.

Chris Bosh sparked a second-half surge during which he netted 14 of his 16 points, helping Miami rally from a 14-point halftime deficit.

The Knicks fell for the first time in three meetings with the Heat despite 32 points from Carmelo Anthony.

Jason Kidd registered 14 points while J.R. Smith added 13 and 12 rebounds for New York.
