ANAHEIM, Calif., Feb. 10 (UPI) — Anaheim, Calif., police said a man allegedly driving drunk struck and killed three women pedestrians this weekend.

Police Sgt. Bob Dunn said the driver of a red Honda Civic struck and killed the three women around 11 p.m. Saturday. Only one of the victims, Carmen Mendoza, 56, was identified. Two other women in their 20s were hit. One died at the scene and paramedics took the third woman to an area hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
