MASON CITY – The NIACC softball team signed 13 players to letter of intents for the 2014 season.
NIACC coach Tyler Sisco signed infielders Kalli Caldwell (Lodi, Wis.), Micah Chavez (Newman Catholic), Hannah Johnson (AGWSR), Megan Tisue (Sumner-Fredericksburg) and Cheyanne Warne (Collins-Maxwell-Baxter).
NIACC also signed outfielders Hannah Johnson (Appleton, Wis.), Brittani Sanchez (Mason City) and Makayla Van Cleave (BCLUW), pitchers Halie Greenwood (Mason City), Kelsey Nilges (Sumner-Fredericksburg) and Kimberly Wedeking (Clarksville), catcher Hayley Johnson (Appleton, Wis.) and utility player Kassidy Rewoldt (South Hardin).
NIACC opens the 2013 season March 11-14 at the Snowbird Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
