WATERLOO – On Friday, January 18, 2013, at approximately 9:50 AM, Waterloo Police were dispatched to the area of West 8th Street and Randolph Street reference a shots fired called. Officers found a gun shot victim at 807 W.8th Street. Victim had been shot in the upper right leg.
Victim was identified as Ronald Eugene Alston, age 20, of 807 West 8th Street, Waterloo, IA. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigation continues. No arrests have been made.
