MASON CITY – Openings remain for the NIACC softball lefty/slapper camp, which is set for Jan. 13.
The camp, which is for high school players, will be held in the NIACC recreation center from 1-4 p.m. Players should bring their own bat and helmet.
The cost of the camp is $50.
A total of 30 players can attend the camp. In the event of bad weather on the day of the camp, call 641-422-4432.
Also, a hitting camp is set for Jan. 20 and a catching camp will be held on Jan. 27. The cost of those camps are $50, as well.
