Osvaldo Tello Sanchez, age 29, of 814 North Federal Avenue in Mason City was charged with 5th degree theft and transported to Cerro Gordo County Jail.

After being booked into the jail the local U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a no bond hold on both Tepole and Sanchez alleging they may both be in the United States illegally.
