MASON CITY – Mason City police have removed a man with a violent criminal history from the streets of the city this week.
According to records, Cody Dale Kittleson, 21, was arrested twice this past week.
The first incident was on December 20th at 5:51 PM when Mason City police took a harassment report at the 600 block of South Polk. Kittleson was arrested and charged with stalking and harassment in the first degree. According to records, Kittleson was also wanted on a warrant for a probation violation in connection with a serious assault charge brought in April by the Mason City Police Department.
The second incident was on December 21st at 10:07 PM when police made a traffic stop at the 200 block of North Monroe Ave. and Kittleson and two passengers were arrested after an investigation. At least 7 police officers assisted in that arrest.
Kittleson was booked into the Cerro Gordo Coutny Jail where he still remains as of December 25th.
Kittleson has previously been charged with crimes such as: Interference with official acts, assault, criminal mischief, and other crimes. He owes thousands of dollars to Iowa courts.
Kittleson declared on his public Facebook page the following favorite quote: “get down or lay down!!!! roll or get rolled on!!!! eat or get ate b***h you dont know my struggle we f*** em n dump dont trust em or love em no need for friends f*** friends they turn into BUSTAZZ!!!! if u n the way were gonna move you if its f*** me then f*** u to come do somethin bout it p**** 5 boi ridaz red life b**** we out chea SUWOOP B**** WAT UP BLOOD!!!!”
Looks like he hit puberty since the last time he was arrested! Yay! Either that or hes strengthening his gag reflex muscles… either way. Waste of space. Dont forget to cup the balls Cody!
