Domestic abuser “Phat Pat” set for court on Monday

MASON CITY – A Mason City man who was arrested for domestic assault and assault on a peace officer on November 16th is set for an arraignment hearing on Monday, December 10th at 8:30 AM.

Patrick Ruben Burgoa Cameron, 21, who calls himself “Phat Pat” on his Myspace page and claims to be a dishwasher at NIACC, was arrested by Mason City police on November 16th and charged with domestic assault, interference with official acts and assault on a peace officer.  He posted $3,000 cash bond and walked free from jail on November 20th.

“Phat Pat” plead guilty in August of 2011 to domestic abuse while displaying a weapon. Judge Ron Wagenaar and Judge Carlynn Grupp each threw out charges of interference with official acts causing bodily injury, involving Mason City police officers.  Wagenaar dismissed a no-contact order violation.   Cameron received 1 year probation which was later revoked.

The report failed to mention all the racist slurs that were uttered during the arrest, Yes Utter they had to say it under their breathe…cowards. It also failed to mention he was billy clubbed before he spat. Oh and the “assault” was a cat scratch that healed over night.

and honestly that fact this was even posted when Mason City Police Department is RIDDLED with corrupt cops is disgusting, I think they just ran out of meth. 🙂
