MASON CITY – Teen Read Week is October 15-20, 2012 at the Mason City Library.
Teens will be getting “game cards” at the Youth Services Desk if they would like to participate. They can earn points by checking out materials, coming to the library, dressing up in the theme of the day, telling us about their favorite books, and inviting their friends to participate.
Teens that complete their game card will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize – a Vivitar digital camera. Two first prizes of $10 Cabin Coffee gift certificates will also be awarded.
If you would like to participate, the theme days are: Monday – Sports Day, Tuesday – Pajama Day, Wednesday – Hat Day, Thursday – Hawaiian Day, Friday – Twin Day, and Saturday – 80’s Day.
The Mason City Library is located at 225 2nd Street SE.
