WATERLOO – On Sunday, October 7, 2012 at approximately 8:30 PM, four male subjects forced their way into 3217 Darlene Court, Apartment #5. One of the subjects had a gun. They forced the two residents into a bedroom and demanded money and jewelry.
The follow-up investigation has lead to the arrest of:
Deanthony Deire Kirkland, age 19, of 1310 West 2nd Street, Waterloo, IA. He is charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree and Carrying Weapons.
Jacquel M. Williams, age 16, of 410 Adams Street, Waterloo, IA. He is charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree.
Malik Deshion Edwards, age 16, of 728 West 1st Street, Waterloo, IA. He is charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree.
Martraz Wilson, age 15, of 533 Dawson Street, Waterloo, IA. He is charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree.
Police recovered the handgun used in the home invasion.
