Having those thoughts and actually believing that is the best way are two different things. Have you never noticed that cops hate it when criminals commit suicide? They want those creeps to live out their lives incarcerated, paying for their crimes. They don’t want them taking the easy way out. The same goes in this case, as far as I’m concerned. I would want the killer to spend the rest of his natural life in as much misery as possible. Build more prisons with fewer frills for the lifers.

Maybe we should all just reflect and say a prayer for that poor little innocent girl and her grandparents. A horrible tragedy . Let’s let the legal process take care of this and stop making such emotionally daring and disparaging comments

Cudos to the law enforcement who kept on this case for 7 yrs to finally bring it to a close. What that poor little girl must have suffered. I feel they should also bring charges against the mother of Evelyn. Yes, she was at work when it happened, but she had to have known about the drugs and all of the porn on his computer & then to leave her little girl with him!! Unforgivable!

Well, John, there is a big difference between a trail and a trial, but I guess they can both “send you up the river.”

Thanks for being so kind, at least you didn’t comment on how intelligent I’m not.

There shouldn’t be a trail, save the tax payers some money and shoot the perp. Do it in a public area so all the other perps can see what will happen to them, and make it SOP.

Is all my spelling correct, don’t want to offend anyone!

John, your spelling doesn’t offend me, but your attitude toward not giving everyone due process does. We are a nation of justice for everyone. I hate it when criminals get off on technicalities, but that’s the way our legal system has evolved. We have to hope that law enforcement does its job correctly and doesn’t make any legal errors. It took a long time to build this case. Let’s hope it is airtight and watertight.

I can understand your feelings, but would your attitude toward due process be the same if it would have been your daughter.

Gee, after seven years I wonder if the timing of this has anything to do with Rick Lynch having an election in about a month?

What a cynical, depraved, shithead comment.
