BEARS at PACKERS

Greatest NFL rivalries? Start here, at least chronologically. This 185th meeting makes Bears-Packers the sport’s most-played series. Onus is on Aaron Rodgers and the Pack to reassert and rebound from last week’s upset home loss to San Francisco. Only twice in the Super Bowl era has a team opened a season with consecutive home losses and still made the playoffs: 1987 Colts and 2003 Eagles. I don’t think the Gee Bees will be facing that hurdle. Even with WR Greg Jennings doubtful (groin), Rodgers still has plenty of weapons. The bet-line seems generous, though. Chicago is better on defense and special teams, and Jay Cutler, Matt Forte and now Brandon Marshall give Grizzlies offensive pop, too. An outright upset would not shock. I’ll hedge and take Chitown with the points.
