MASON CITY – One week after the tragic murder at 410 N. Washington, the Mason City Police Department and Cerro Gordo Sheriff’s Deputies were searching the building again.
This time they were in pursuit of a wanted criminal. They followed him into the vicinity of this address and thought he might have slithered in the back door.
“He apparently was riding a bike and there was one parked here. The officers came in and searched the whole house, except for the individual rooms that are being rented,” said a resident of the building. “They didn’t find “Justin” here, so they went next door to 414, I think that’s the house number. I don’t think they were able to find him.”
No further information was available.
A Wanted criminal & no name released & Paul Wagner’s name was all over this site when it wasn’t even confirmed it was him? Unfair reporting NIT.

First of all it says they didn’t find “Justin” there. There are more wanted criminals than Paul. Yes I do know Paul. Who cares? Wow all this for asking a damn question. No wonder there are so many bullies in schools when people like you food stamp hogs/online bullies are breeding like rabbits. You’re out of line & disgusting. Good day!
Maybe Shutta is this guy’s best friend or something. Maybe Shutta just can’t read too good. 4th grade level at best. Or maybe Shutta just likes creeps walkin the streets. Either way, pretty slow on the uptake. Glad the police worked so hard to get the arrest.
