FORT DODGE, Iowa – NIACC softball’s season came to a close on Saturday as the Trojans were ousted by Ellsworth 12-1 at the Region XI Tournament.
NIACC scored its only run in the top of the fifth inning, but gave up 11 runs in the bottom half. Ellsworth added one more in the second.
NIACC finished its season 12-33. There are no graduating sophomores for NIACC softball this season.
