Mason City man sentenced to Beje Clark again for violating probation

MASON CITY – On Monday, April 16th, 27-year-old Billy Lee Jaime Huerta of Mason City was found guilty in Cerro Gordo County District Court for violating the terms of his probation in an assault causing bodily injury case. Presiding District Court Judge Rustin T. Davenport sentenced Huerta to serve 180 days in Beje Clark’s Residential Faculty for the probation violation.

The probation revocation hearing had originally been set for March 6th but had to be continued after Huerta was admitted to St. Marys’ Hospital in Rochester, MN with a single gunshot wound hours before the scheduled court hearing.

Billy Huerta has refused to cooperate with law enforcement investigating the shooting incident which occurred about 11:16 pm in the 200 block of 3rd Street Northwest in Mason City. Law enforcement has not determined rather it was an intentional or accidental shooting at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

Court records show the Iowa Department of Corrections filed for probation revocation proceedings following Huerta pleading guilty in an assault case that occurred on October 5th less than 30 days into his probation term in the assault causing bodily injury case. In addition Huerta pled guilty in December to a domestic abuse assault that occurred November 15th that was also considered in the probation violation sentencing on Monday.

According to court records Huerta was also sentenced to 180 days at Beje Clark in November 2008 after violation probation in a felony conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine conviction.

Beje Clark is just the same as “time out” to a bunch of 6 year old kids. This thug will find his missing role model once he lands in prison.

Not to worry, we used to carry grenades, just for officers like him. If you get my point…

Damn it feels good to be a gangsta

the bad thing about putting him in the military is that in a few years hed be eligible for recruit officer training and then possibly become an officer MAYBE would you want this POS backing you up? Id leave the bastard out on his own.

he already served one stint at beje, didn’t learn a thing. lock him up.

the military wouldn’t take this p.o.s because of his drug charges. whoever shot him should come back and finish the job. this guy is worthless.

I’d recommend 6 years in the military, every other year deployed to afganistan with a front line infantry unit. That might wipe that smart axx look off his face. I’d bet that he wouldn’t make it, because he’s not as tough as he thinks he is. But then again maybe he is tough, does he beat up on girls…

Absolutely, except for most that’s not punishment, it’s honor. I do think it would definitely fix this kids life though!!

At the end of the day, he is the one making the bad choices

Wow I remember this kid growing up such great potential…… Then he lost his role model and look what happens… Such a sad story, but beje isn’t going to be enough…. Prison is where he needs to be!

Who was his role model?

Tupac

ten years ago, I thought he had some promise. I guess I am not much of a judge of character

@ what a loss. he has reached his potential, of being an ass. he needs to be sent to prison for all the charges he has had.

The guy has three assault charges and a felony conviction for meth distribution and he isn’t in jail? What a joke!

So much potential, and just keeps sliding further and further down the wrong path????????
