There are several stains on this country that will never wash off, and now in this year of 2012 another indelible stain creeps across some thirty-four mostly Southern states. I am not going to delve into what caused the other stains because each of you who will respond know exactly what they are.
This morning as I read the paper and watched the morning news on television, I saw hundreds of people marching peacefully to voice their opposition to voter registration. For a moment I though I might be in a third world country. We witnessed an Arab Spring, now here in America for all the world to see, we are seeing our own Southern Spring.
Voter registration is racist to the core and is meant to be a tool to curb votes that might otherwise go to Obama. Its not about Obama…other than his color, if not Obama then whatever other person of color who stands for high office in America is at peril.
How would you like to be born in this country, go through the school system, perhaps fight on foreign soil to defend the freedoms of this country, be a good law abiding citizen…then have some redneck schmuck tell you are not qualified to cast a vote? If you want to buy into some cooked up rhetoric, some made up story used to sell this pig to the public that it is pertinent to prevent voter fraud, then you’re wearing a white sheet with a pillow case over your head.
It has been proven without a doubt that voter fraud in this country is so negligible that it might as well not exist. If you believe in what is right, what is honorable, and what you were taught in Sunday school and never lie to yourself…then you just might agree with me that it is a horrible act. You notice I did not refer to what you night have been taught at home…because its under that roof where the seeds of racism are first planted right along side of the tomatoes and onions.
We’ve been down this path before, you and I, and as a result I bore the brunt of your venom spewed no differently than if it were off the tongue of Satan’s very own serpent. I am also mindful that I live in a state that is 96% white…but still launched Obama into the “White” house. How excruciating that must have been for some of you, how you must have twisted and withered in your bed at night knowing this bright highly intelligent young man with his family was actually going to sleep in that house that was built by slaves. Well I got more bad news for you, he’s not moving out….
I am ready to receive your unadulterated venom, but as you rush to chastise me, keep in mind that none of you have the balls between your legs to write your real name at the end of your manifesto.

I am thinking that very soon “Eye Scan” technology will be able to replace the voter ID.
With the technology available for instant nationwide identification we may be able to solve a lot of voter fraud.
When it comes to shut in’s that want to vote, it should be the responsibility of the County Auditor to send a rep out with poll watchers to witness absentee voting.

Just this past week a West Virginia sheriff of your beloved party was arrested for having submitted more than 100 false absentee ballots to help him win an election. He was also cited for having “absentee parties” in which he “helped” the voters make up their mind and was found to have filled out at least 10 of those ballots himself.
This is nothing new. Your hometown (Mason City) had a councilman, defeated three elections ago, who helped senior citizens at the local “old folks home” vote to insure his election and, who knows, probably filled many of them out for those who couldn’t.
Voter fraud of all kinds are alive and well in all states,although West Virginia and New Mexico, are famous for the dead coming alive on election day. Ken Kline say there is no voter fraud in Iowa…when its actually right there is River City.

Al, I have seen the Democratic machine in Mason City go into nursing homes/senior housing complexes, and fill out many absentee ballets themselves. The folks were so confused they had no idea what they were agreeing to. Some could not sign them but miraculously they got signed!

Regarding the Obama birth certificate issue, maybe he could resolve some of the rumors and speculation by answering some simple questions…. What passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration while he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta and Karachi?
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? – A: Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under? A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3 ) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims… And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
The truth of the matter is, the American people deserve to know how he managed to become a “natural born” American citizen between 1981 and 2008.
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.
If you Don’t care that Obama is not a natural born Citizen and in violation of the Constitution, then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won’t survive much longer.

That last post by Blind Obama Follower makes a good point. I don’t believe Mr. Children always had blind obedience to a political notion. Knowing Mr. Children the way I do, he has always had strong opinions but now I do notice his stronger passion on issues that are not in the best interest of the folks that struggle to get a head. Is it age that has tainted your thinking?
Entitlements make people lazy and kills ambition. Our fathers and those that came here for a better life were people that built things up and made things strong. Now we see those with the golden spoon in their mouth, that have had everything given to them, want to tear our way of life down.
Obama was handed his education using the system. His heritage and background were used to put him where he is. Blind obedience to Obama’s policies are destructive and foolish.

No one is trying to block people from registering to vote. Nor is anyone blocking anyone from obtaining a valid ID. The only issue out there is the matter of using a valid ID when entering the voting booth.
You say voter fraud is a non-issue. I’ve voted in Cook County, Illinois. Voter fraud is real and we have every right to make sure it does not seep over into our election process.

Peter-I deeply resent your implication that all people that vote against Obama are racist. I am certainly NOT a racist and I do believe that you are. You see the people who call other people racist and continually bring up the race card are the ones who are the real racist. My objection to Obama has nothing to do with the color of his skin at all. It does have to do with his politics and the direction he is trying to take our country. Only a totally blind man wouldn’t see what his intentions are. In my opinion he is trying to make us into a 3rd world country. Now you can say I am down on handicapped people because of my comment about blind people but you better be damn careful with that. I will vote for who I want and I for one am not afraid to show my I.D. I suspect people who don’t want to show their I.D. are afraid of being identified or are not who they say they are.

It is hardly racist in my opinion. I look at it as a validation of our right to vote and ensuring the integrity of the vote. Any other time you are asked for your ID, is that racist? Hardly! Why not at a polling place! Do we have something to hide about our identity? They arent vetting you against any databases, they are merely ensuring you are who say you are! I bet you those same individuals, who are against this, whip out their ID to cash a check! Are financial institutions then racist?

I have no objection to a regular ID but when they start asking for “special” ID’s that’s a horse of another color.
I have voted for over 29 years, never been asked for a “special” ID. My military and state ID’s have always worked just fine!
