DAYTON, OH – A 44-year-old Coon Road man faces rape and related sex charges involving a 12-year-old girl at his home, the Cattaraugus County Sheriffâ0;™s Office reported.
Dwight H. Johnson Jr. was taken into custody Wednesday on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and second- degree criminal sexual act.
Investigators said they determined that Johnson had a sexual relationship with the child in December, January and February.
Johnson was taken to the county jail with bail set at $10,000 following arraignment before Dayton Justice Colleen A. Arbeiter.
