MASON CITY – Cerro Gordo County Supervisors approved an urban renewal plan today that would allow the county to provide incentives to Red Power, Inc. to expand their business. The urban renewal plan will allow the county to use TIF (tax increment financing) to assist in the development. Both the Clear Lake City Council and the Mason City City Council previously approved the plan even though the area is not in their city limits. The school districts of both cities, headed up by Superintendent Anita Micich, had no objection to the plan.

2 to 3 hours a week of work as a supervisor is really tiring! 50.000 to snooze is not that much for a government employee
You’re all correct! It’s out to pasture time for that old goat.
Make sure your friends, relatives and neighbors know how much of a suck up Jay will be going into this election. Warn them that it’s time to do the right thing. RETIRE JAY–pass the word
24 years on the job makes a dedicated county employee very tired.
