Mohawk girls bowling wins sub-state tourney

The Mason City High School girls bowling team remains undefeated as they won the divisional sub-state tournament in Fort Dodge today. They are now 19 – 0. Below are the girls finishing scores:

Mason City 2715 Divisional Champs
Sioux City East 2437
Fort Dodge 2265
Sioux City North 2121
Sioux City West 1661

1st place division champion was Rebecca Broerman who bowls for Mason City but goes to Rockford School. She had a 410 two game series

The Mason City Boys finished 2nd to Fort Dodge

Sioux City West 2615
Sioux City East 2457

Mason City had 3 bowlers finish in the divisions top 10.
Evan Stalker 4th in division with a 446 two game series
Cody Brandau and Blake Forthmann tied for 7th position with 432 two game series
