Huse was transported by deputies from the Cerro Gordo County Court House to the county jail and charged with public intoxication. He has since been released from custody.

Huse was also arrested at the court house on September 19th for public intoxication. According to a court papers, “defendant appeared for trial under the influence of alcohol, defendant sentenced to 2 days in jail for contempt—trial continued to Sept 30th.”

This arrest was the 9th time since August that Huse has been booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail.
