According to the Cerro Gordo County Jail Inmate Population Report he is scheduled to end his sentence on 3-13-2012 after receiving a good time reduction. A Beje Clark hold indicates he must be returned to the Beje Clark facility.

In York’s 1st escape from Beje Clark in 2008, which lasted for 28 days, only resulted in a 45 day jail sentence.
