(DES MOINES) – Gov. Terry E. Branstad today appointed James C. Ellefson judge to the District Court in the 2B Judicial District.
Ellefson, of Marshalltown, received his law degree from Drake University and is currently working in private practice.
Ellefson was appointed to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Carl Baker.
