Focus Living Center will be having an Open House this Saturday, September 24 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the new location in downtown Mason City, 124 West State Street. The Focus Living Center is a new Wellness Center that focuses on helping people respond to stress in a more positive and balanced way. The programs and services offered focuses on solutions to everyday stress and will be presented and introduced at the Open House on Saturday. The Open House will provide an opportunity to tour the new location, meet the staff and learn how the programs and services will benefit you whether you are experiencing change or just want to improve your overall health and well-being.
