Weaver officially files to run for city council as third ward candidate

At-large city council member Max Weaver has officially filed to run for city council in the third ward.

Weaver filed the required paperwork and 40 signatures today at about 4:30 p.m.

Don Nelson is the current third ward council member and is not seeking re-election.
