Shortly after 2am Saturday the 17th Cerro Gordo County Sheriff deputy Cameron Manson made a traffic stop at 12th Ave NE and Iowa Ave N.
Upon further investigation Bruce Eggers, age 54, of Rudd was arrested for 3rd offense OWI, no drivers license, and driving on the wrong side of a two way street.
He was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail for the OWI, and a warrant for driving will barred out of Floyd County.
3rd Offense OWI is a class D felony and if found guilty Eggers faces a mandatory 30 day sentence or up to 5 years in prison.
