OSAGE – A 2-year-old boy has drowned Sunday afternoon at the Cedar River Complex in Osage.
The child was identified as Ryan Deterring of Fort Dodge, Iowa, and was attending a family reunion when the accident happened. He was flown to Osage for treatment before later being pronounced dead.
