Hawgs down Bucks, 41-6

In the final game of the regular season, The North Iowa Bucks took on the 2010 SPFL champion Hawgs in Truman, MN and came away with a 41-6 loss.|In the final game of the regular season, The North Iowa Bucks took on the 2010 SPFL champion Hawgs in Truman MN. The Bucks were unable to overcome a stiff Hawg defense which had given up less than 70 points all season, which says alot in a league like the SPFL. Despite great individual efforts from standouts runningback Cole Reed, and quarterback Greg Falls, the Bucks dropped the game 41-6.

Post game, the Hawgs were quoted as saying all the teams in the league agree that the Bucks are “One of the toughest, most physical teams in the league already.”

The 4th place Bucks take on the 5th place Dakato Doom for 3rd time in their first ever playoff game June 25th in Lake Benton Mn.
