The score at the end of the first half was 22-20 with the Doom leading. After some half time adjustments, the Bucks went up by two touchdowns. The Doom scored again late in the 4th quarter, making the final score 38-30.

Head Coach Charles Green told NorthIowaToday.com that “I was glad to see our guys come back from behind to beat a tough smart team like the Doom. Shows the improvement and growth of the team, and that hard does pay off.”

The Bucks’ final regular-season game will be against the South Central Hawgs at Truman High School in Truman, Minnesota. The teams have not played yet this year. The Hawgs sport a 6-1 league record. The Bucks will get at least one playoff game as well, “which still gives us a shot to make a run at the championships,” Coach Green said.
