A Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s officer, Lewis Bram, arrested Todd Nicholas Rush, age 19, Thursday evening at Ruby Tuesday’s. Rush was taken in on a Warrant for probation revocation on the original charges of Burglary in the 3rd Degree. Bail set at $2500 cash only and court date is for June 22, 2011 at 3:00.
Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
