Michael Erwin Ohotto and Charlie Elizabeth Harder turned themselves in Tuesday morning on valid Cerro Gordo County Warrants. Ohotto was wanted for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver (Meth) and Possession of Counterfeit Sub/Conspiracy. Harder’s warrant was for Possession with intent to deliver Scheduled II Controlled Substance. Both are being held on $100,000 cash or surety.
