The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Officer, Chris Flatness, arrested Michael Patrick Geraghty on a Cerro Gordo Warrant Monday night. Geraghty was wanted for Fraudulent Practices 2nd Degree/exceeding $1000. Bail is set at $5000 cash or surety. Hearing date is set for July 5, 2011 at 9:40 am.
