General Notes:
McKiness’ project work in Enterprise Alley is complete for now; however, the alley will remain closed to traffic as Alliant (outside the City’s project) completes both electric and gas work in and along the alley. First Street SW will remain open but will be a ‘dead end.’ Parking may be available along the north side of JCPenney’s during this time if it is not needed for construction staging. Alliant will work with businesses along the alley to coordinate delivery truck access as needed.

Street paving between 2nd and 4th Streets is still a couple weeks out.

Again, all work start dates are ‘weather permitting’.

McKiness
Work will begin to core out the sidewalk area along the west side of Federal between 1st and 2nd Streets. Work will then move to State and Federal to core out the intersection in preparation for paving and completion of the bump out areas at the corners.

Concrete work will continue in the Plaza.

Concrete forms will be placed for the sidewalk area between 1st and 2nd Streets after McKiness is finished coring out the asphalt and preparing the base. Pouring the concrete (3 separate pours required) could start as early as Thursday — or not until the following Monday ñ depending on timing and weather.

Light pole footings and piers will be poured between 2nd and 4th Streets.
