Demolition on the northeast corner of the Brick and Tile building has begun. Two and a half suites will be made into State Street Deli. The remaining portion of the third suite will be left as the office that currently takes residence there.

The facade will be reconstructed to match the rest of the building, with all new glass put in making it a flat front rather than the current in-set entryways.
Construction is expected to be done sometime in August.
Immediately to the south, work is also underway in the former Toast Bar. More on the renovation soon.|
