McKiness has just advised that they are closing Federal Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets to begin sidewalk work in that block.
Also, the intersection at 4th Street and Federal will be closed later today, for several days, for utility work. While 4th Street intersection is closed, the 3rd Street intersection will be OPEN.
