Around 11:00 am,†an employee from JC Penney called in that a shoplifter was fleeing from the store.† The employee followed them to area around N. Jefferson – N. Adams and†between 1st Street NW and 2nd St NW.†
The suspects were two males wearing long sleeved striped shirts.† The employee said that they still had the merchandise with them.† When asking the sales ladies in JCPenneys, nobody saw anything and they didn’t know anything.† Police where patroling the area given to them by the employee.†
