The public is invited to “The Art of Nature” fundraising auction on Thursday, May 12 from 6 ñ 8 p.m. at the Lime Creek Nature Center.
This event promises to be great fun and an opportunity to acquire some high quality wildlife art, while providing financial support for the Lime Creek Nature Center’s mission.
Artists represented include Maynard Reece, David Maass, Ed Ward, Tom Walker, Daniel Smith, J. F. Landenberger, Alderson Magee, Buzz Balzer and Mason City natives Charles Fritz and Dr. Randy Brenton. Art pieces include framed and matted wildlife prints, decoys, duck stamps series, and plates. Ticket prices are $15.00 individual and $25.00 per couple, which includes hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks. A limited number of tickets will be sold and sales will end on May 5. Please call 423-5309 to order tickets or stop by Lime Creek Nature Center to purchase them.|
