Mason City police officers stopped a man near Menards Thursday morning for suspicion.
The officer “noticed subject walking on the highway distraught and upset. Subject declined any help from officer. Subject stated that he was kicked out of his girlfriend’s house.”
The incident took place at 4th Street SW & Village Green Drive at 12:01 AM.|
