The National Weather Service in Des Moines has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the North Iowa Area.

The following counties are affected: EMMET-KOSSUTH-WINNEBAGO-WORTH-PALO ALTO-HANCOCK-CERRO GORDO-
POCAHONTAS-HUMBOLDT-WRIGHT-FRANKLIN-BUTLER-BREMER-HARDIN-GRUNDY-BLACK HAWK-TAMA.

MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR EXPECTED ALONG STREAMS AND RIVERS IN NORTHERN IOWA. RIVER FLOOD WARNINGS ARE ALREADY IN EFFECT IN SOME AREAS. PLEASE REFER TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WEBSITE AT WEATHER.GOV/DESMOINES FOR
