Beginning Wednesday March 14, 2011 at 7:00 AM, the Mason City Utility’s Department will begin Water Main repairs in the 1300 Block of 19th Street SW, about 300 ft west of S Pierce Ave. The work is expected to be complete on Friday March 18, 2011. 19th St SW will be reduced to one lane for eastbound traffic at the construction area.
Expect congestion and delays around this area during the repair period. Please watch for construction workers and equipment while driving in the vicinity of the work zone.
