Cerro Gordo County sheriff’s deputies arrested a 19 year-old driver at 1:05 AM Saturday morning near Quail Avenue and 160th Street for operating while intoxicated 2nd offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fail to obey a stop sign. Cited passenger for minor consumption of alcohol.
