MASON CITY – Things have gotten rowdy over at 710 South Pierce Ave. in Mason City. 710 S. Pierce is the address of Autumn Park Apartments.
On Monday at 2:14 PM Mason City Police were dispatched to an apartment there for a harassment call.
Later, at 3:31 PM that same day, MCPD was dispatched to speak to a subject in a different apartment about continually calling the clerk of courts office for no reason. Officer was unable to make contact with the subject, but did leave a message on their phone, warning them to quit calling.
Mason City Police officers were again dispatched to still another apartment at 710 S. Pierce Ave Monday night at about 10:44 PM. Officer was dispatched for a noise complaint. TV was turned down prior to officers arrival and subject was advised of the complaint.
About 17 minutes later, at 11:01 PM, MCPD was dispatched to 710 S. Pierce Ave for a loud music call at a fourth apartment. Officers advised subject of the complaint and warned of the consequences. Subject complied with officers request to turn down the music. Caller told officers they will get in touch with the landlord also.
Finally at 1:42 AM on Tuesday, MCPD were called back to the apartment they had visited at 10:44 PM, this time for a loud noise. Officers spoke with the complaint and preformed a welfare check on the subject of the complaint. The subject advised he was ok and was going to go to bed for the night.
