She has been in for far to long. Time to get someone new in that will do something to help the state instead of just her wallet.

We’ve accomplished a great deal together, but there’s more to be done.”

There is more to be done. A lot more…..For starters, why hasn’t anything thing been done in regards to “Funding the Trust”

In 2010, 63% of Iowans voted for a constitutional amendment to create the Natural Resources and Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund, a permanent and protected funding source dedicated to clean water, productive agricultural soils and thriving wildlife habitats.

Eight years later the Trust Fund sits empty because it requires a sales tax increase of 3/8ths of a cent for funding. Given our enormous challenges related to water quality and the clear benefits tied to soil conservation and improving our wildlife habitat, Iowa’s Water and Land Legacy supports raising the sales tax to fund the Trust Fund and maintaining the formula supported by 63% of Iowa voters.

As of today, nothing has been done and remember….”there’s more to be done.”

I agree with you on this. Amanda and Sharon both have done nothing to move this along. Sharon and Amanda both complain about water quality and the environment but have not listened to the majority of citizens that are in favor of this increase that was voted on by the people. I guess if it is not part of their union supported agenda that funds them they don’t care.

I’m passionate about diverting as much money I can from people working their ass off to give it to over payed under worked and corrupt government workers.
Amanda
