FORT DODGE – The NIACC men’s basketball team dropped a 87-68 decision to Iowa Central in an ICCAC contest Saturday at the Hodges Fieldhouse on the Iowa Central campus.
Dallas Bailey led the Tritons (18-9 overall, 4-5 in the ICCAC) with 22 points and Tray Croft was next in line with 20 points.
NIACC (14-11, 1-7) was led by Jaycob Payne with 16 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Also for the Trojans, Jalen Smith scored 12 points with four rebounds and three assists. Izaya Sims also reached double figures for the Trojans with 12 points.
NIACC returns to action Wednesday in a league game at Ellsworth.
