On Friday, January 26th, 2018 at approximately 3:23 PM, Waterloo Police responded to 3669 Logan Avenue (Garden of Memories Cemetery) for a death investigation. The deceased person was taken to the Iowa State Medical Examiner’s office in Ankeny, where an autopsy was performed on Sunday, January 28th.
The decedent was identified as 40-year-old Lakisha Quintel Williams. Williams had been reported missing on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018.
