President Trump asks for financial contributions in “sweepstakes” to meet him at rally

As posted to social media

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Billionaire President Donald J. Trump this weekend asked for as little as $3 from each of his supporters to enter a “sweepstakes” with the winner getting a chance to attend a “future rally”.

“You’ve seen how big our rallies have been this year,” the President of the United States said very early Sunday morning via social media.  “Each and every time we have one, the Fake News Media is FORCED to report on how strong and great our movement truly is.

“We have a sweepstakes to give you and a friend the chance to fly out, attend a future incredible rally, and have your photo taken with President Trump.  All it takes is any contribution of $3 or more NOW to be automatically entered to win.”

President Trump claims “our rallies are truly something special. There’s no other energy like it.”

Many people wrote responses in support of the President, with one woman saying “I freely gave him $100 on Thursday.”

According to a website connected to the President (donate.donaldjtrump.com):

Contributions made by an Individual or Federal Non-multicandidate Political Committee (Multicandidate PAC amounts in parentheses) shall be allocated according to the following formula:

75% of each contribution to DJTP, to be designated toward either its 2020 primary (which shall be the default) or 2020 general election account, up to a maximum of $2,700 ($5,000) per account. 25% of each contribution to the RNC’s Operating account, up to a maximum of $33,900 ($15,000).

Notwithstanding this allocation formula, a contributor may designate a contribution for a specific participant or participants. In addition, the allocation formula may change if any contribution would exceed applicable contribution limits.

No thanks. Not even if HE pays ME. What a greedy, repulsive nut case.

Your unsubstantiated hate qualifies you as the “repulsive nut case”.
