IOWA CITY – The University of Iowa men’s basketball team is preparing for its foreign trip to Central Europe in August. The Hawkeyes will visit Germany, Switzerland, and Italy, playing four exhibition games.
The NCAA allows basketball programs to travel overseas every four years. In preparation for the trip, the Hawkeyes are granted 10 team practices.
