President Trump says Hillary got “a free pass” by former Attorney General Lynch

WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Donald J. Trump said Tuesday that his rival Hillary Clinton got a “free pass” on her email server debacle from a former attorney general.

President Trump said former Attorney General Loretta Lynch “made law enforcement decisions for political purposes…gave Hillary Clinton a free pass and protection. Totally illegal!”

Trump – whose own Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, is facing questioning this week in Congress over his own possible wrongdoings – has threatened to prosecute Hillary Clinton and possibly throw her in jail over her personal email server she used while she served as Secretary of State under Barack Obama. He repeatedly references the alleged 30,000 missing emails from her server, and has asked the Russians to help find them.

Now, a top Democrat, California Senator Dianne Feinstein, says it may be time to look into whether Lynch let Clinton off the hook by downplaying the drama and asking the FBI to refer to the issue as a “matter” instead of an “investigation.”
