FOREST CITY – A Forest City man was jailed after a theft incident at a local retailer.
On May 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM, Forest City police were called to Sid’s Gas & Groceries, 1116 U.S. 69 South after a crime was reported there. As a result of an investigation, Jesse Lee White II, age 37 of Forest City, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.
On May 22, White entered a guilty plea. He was ordered to pay $272.75 in fines and court fees.
