At about 12:14 AM Sunday, May 21, the Charles City Police Department took a report of an armed robbery at a business in the 600 block of South Main Street.
A white male subject displayed a weapon and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was harmed during the incident.
As a result of the incident, the Charles City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance on the incident. A reward up to $400 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call the Charles City Police Department at 641-228-3366.
